Wisconsin Mozzarella

That Wisconsin was the dairy of America already knew (thanks to the magnificent Thank You For Smoking ). That they occur also in Wisconsin Asiago and Gorgonzola (not to mention Feta, Gouda and Brie), frankly, no.
Now, I'm far from a purist, especially when it comes to food, also cheeseburger on this site really seem to be multiple orgasm: But good heavens, Mozzarella from Wisconsin I think too much.
(Unfortunately The site is in Flash and I can not link directly to the sub, however the ' Asiago Wisconsin is used in the sandwich # 15, # 20 in Gorgonzola and Mozzarella - along with a disturbing Wisconsin Parmesan - in # 9. And the booming voice of the guy who describes the burger is fabulous.)
